In 2010 will be available the first rotating skyscraper and, in turn, ecological. Its creator is David Fihser Italian architect, who says his creation is organic, self-sufficient and able to rotate through the wind to take advantage of 79 giant turbines. The skyscraper will be built in just two years and its central structure are engaging, and furnished, all apartments at a rate of one per week. The project, 420 meters high, will be a reality in 2010 in Dubai and Moscow and is expected within four years, make a hole in Manhattan, New York.
